Jari Hämäläinen is a Mechanical Engineer with over 40 years of experience in the paper machinery industry, specializing in both production and sales. He has held key leadership roles throughout his career, combining deep technical expertise with strategic business development.

From 2005 to 2017, he owned and managed a machinery workshop dedicated to pulp and paper equipment. Since 2013, he has served as Managing Director and Sales Director at RICHTER KARHULA Oy, leading international projects and fostering strong client relationships across Europe and beyond.

Fluent in Finnish, German, English, and Swedish, he brings a global perspective to the evolving challenges and innovations in the paper industry.
