The exhibition hall becomes the center of our conference. The room functions as an exhibition with tables to keep costs low and reasonable for a high return on investment. At these tables, suppliers can make a big impact and increase their presence by offering printed information, handing out samples and souvenirs, projecting a video on a monitor (not included but can be rented at the hotel) and generally meeting their customers face to face. The table becomes your customer service center during the conference. Exhibitors can highlight their image by presenting a technical talk that reinforces the interest of paper manufacturers to visit their booths and review the solutions they offer to the industry. This package includes a table in the exhibition hall, registration for one participant, two hotel nights and all the drinks and meals in the program.
Those who book this package have the option of presenting a technical talk. Latampaper acceptance rules and space availability apply.

Industry suppliers registered for any Exhibit Pack have the opportunity to make a technical presentation free of charge.
Technical presentations must focus on solving real problems on production lines. Latampaper will review the presentation summary for compliance. The time limit for presentations is 20 minutes. Acceptance of any technical presentation will be subject to availability of space in the conference rooms.
Additional presentations can also be arranged for a fee if space is available and the presentation meets the guidelines.

Individual participation refers to the registration of one person to take part in all the conference activities. Individual registration includes the hotel room for Wednesday and Thursday nights in the same hotel where the conference is held, as well as all drinks and meals in the program. This provides many networking opportunities.
